She is pretty hard to miss with her straightened hair that comes just past her shoulders. It is dyed bright blue to match her baby blue eyes. She has her nose,tongue,and lip pierced and wears plug earrings. Yup, pretty hard to mistake for someone.

No one normally willingly meets her because of her appearance and reputation but when they do they see that it almost the complete opposite. Her appearance and rep reads off scary but she is actually sweet and funny. But if you make a bad impression,chances are she will make you live a living hell.

A Japanese teen mum and the dad that didn't care gave Kona up before she was even born. Upon birth things were filed and whatnot and she ended up with the Lewis family as their first child. Then when she was 6 Esme was born. Esme liked her sister until she scared her preppy friends off. From then on Esme was a wanna be cheerleader with all her preppy friends wanting nothing to do with her sister. Kona was hurt by this but hadn't cared after they moved.

Koneko and her family moved to Lima towards then very end of her freshman year. Kona had been into music her whole live and after watching everyone's taunting of the show choir knew she had to audition. At this point it wasn't about being cool it was about her. She was done pretending and this is when she admitted to herself that she was a lesbian. Since then Kona has taken on the persona of Mimze and made a statement with her blue hair.

• if you were stuck on an island, what are three things you'd have with you and why?

"I would have my Ipod because I cannot live without my music. My phone because I would be lost without FaceBook updates. And lastly a book. Not just any book but 'The forest of hands and teeth' because no matter how many times I read it I always get something different from it."

• what are your feelings on other characters on this site?

"I'm not gonna lie. I'm new here and haven't met anyone since we movie her before summer break. I have heard about how the gleeks are and seen how they are treated and really want to meet them. They seem nice,creative,spunky,and I think I would fit in.
Another group I have heard about is my little sisters dream. The Cheerios. They are like my sister and her old friends on steroids. I love Esme but that is awful! The thought of some of them just makes my blood boil."

• what are your favorite things to do in your spare time?

"I like being alone. I can read my favorite books that I have seen over a thousand times. I can draw animations and write fictional stories. I can just think about everything and evaluate myself more. But most importantly I can get into my music. Alone I'm not scared to sing or dance or play my bass. The only preforming I've done in public is my 6th grade choir concert,which led to me quiting,and playing flute in the marching-band at my old school."
